Post Echo Presents: Echo Three
The third in a series of nights hosted by Manchester based ‘label’ Post Echo. This time, we’re hosting Manchester’s very own quirky art-pop duo, The Vanity Project! With support from New Fever and newcomer Glowing Brightly.

With performances by:
The Vanity Project
The Vanity Project can’t sit still. Using a loop pedal and far more instruments than it’s wise for two people to play, the duo incorporate monologues, interludes and the occasional dance routine into their set. They write apocalyptic disco jams about corrupt politicians and anthemic ballads about the death of idealism, all of which ooze fun and catchiness despite their quirk and valor.
–
New Fever
New Fever All Spells is a solo movement of dark lo-if pop, intimate and personal songs with whirring soundscapes and loud sub-bass. Instruments recorded from a handheld digital 4-track are played back as organic samples over vibrant beats and live synth.
–
Glowing Brightly
A new synthpop project by Harry Yeates (Great Ghosts). Shimmering shammering glowing glammery synth pop jammers, filled with metaphors and stories, loud drum machines and a ton of reverb.
