The quiet man of music… Ed Cosens is a singer,
songwriter from Sheffield, U.K. He has released two
albums and is currently working on a 3rd. His EP of
cover versions and collaborations is releasing in April
2026.

A creative catalyst and key player in the 00’s Sheffield
scene, Ed was guitarist and songwriter in Reverend And
The Makers and former bandmate of Arctic Monkeys’
Alex Turner and Matt Helders.

He has written, worked and played with many
acclaimed songwriters including Beth Nielsen Chapman,
Damon Albarn & Africa Express, Jeff Cohen, Wandering
Hearts, Toby Lee, Richard Hawley, Michele Stodart
(Magic Numbers), Kezia Gill and Elles Bailey to name a
few.

He is a multi platinum and gold selling songwriter and
artist over a career that spans 2 decades.
Ed has also played live, touring and working extensively
across the world including Europe, The U.S.A and Japan
both as a solo artist, with Reverend and the Makers and
playing alongside acts such as Oasis, Red Hot Chilli
Peppers, Arctic Monkeys and many more.
