Hannah Grace has confirmed details of her first solo UK tour in September-October 2016.

One of the brightest rising stars to come out of Wales in recent years, Grace will be heading out on the road with her live bands taking in 6 cities in the UK. The tour includes a show at The Moon Club, Cardiff in Hannah’s hometown and in The Lexington in London on 3rd October.

Hannah commented: “I am so excited to go on my first ever solo tour! I have enjoyed the chance to tour around the UK and Ireland opening for Hozier and Gabrielle Aplin but it will be so special to play my own headline shows and I can’t wait for people to hear my new material live.”

Since the release of her self-penned debut ‘Meant to Be Kind’ in 2014 life has been somewhat of a whirlwind for Hannah Grace. The EP shot up the iTunes singer songwriter chart upon it’s release with one of the tracks ‘Broke’ selected as an iTunes Single of the Week in a staggering 12 countries.   Support slots with some of her musical idols including Hozier, Gabrielle Aplin and Nate Reuss of FUN! fame followed along with festival performances all over the UK, a coveted spot on the BBC’s Horizons scheme and a live session at the legendary BBC Maida Vale studios.
