A superb triple bill of feisty Northerners.

The Harveys evolved from Harvey’s Rabbit who gained recognition through a number of indie releases including their unique version of Robert Forster’s “Is This What You Call Change?” making it into John Peels festive 50. Sessions for Peel followed as well as blistering gigs with the likes of The Fall, to add to the band’s reputation. Newly transformed into The Harveys the band’s new release Skeleton Dance / Laugh At The Stars is currently available through German Shepherd Records. This date at The Castle will see the launch of the follow up: Frank Got Married / Shadow Of The Wind.

Another favourite from German Shepherd, Four Candles, fronted by legendary ex Hamster Ian Moet Moss perform their unique brand of “Brittle punk funk” and celebrate their recent launch of their latest release Nettle Rash.
