Mica Millar :A passionate and honest songwriter with a distinctly soulful voice, Mica Millar previously won the prestigious “BBC 1Xtra Single of the Week”, supported DJ EZ & Mr Jam and received national airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC 1Xtra, Gaydio and Key 103 with her former band Red Sky Noise.
Her recent collaboration with Kardanski (Former member of Kid British alongside Bipolar Sunshine) saw the duo’s song “Trouble” released on MUK Records, reaching No.1 in the Music Week Breakers Chart, No.6 In the Upfront Club Chart and No.36 in the Itunes Soul & RnB Chart.
A feature on “North Base – Give You Up” was released earlier this year as part of “Viper Presents Drum & Bass 2016” which reached No.6 in the ITunes Dance Album Charts and No.12 in the UK Official Dance Charts.
Mica Millar is soon to release her highly anticipated debut solo album, which sees her go back to her roots in Neo Soul, Jazz and Trip Hop with a combination of live and programmed instrumentation, layered with Gospel harmonies and heavy bass lines.
