DHP Family presents Jack Browning

Please note this is an 18+ Event

Jack Browning is a 27-year-old painter and musician hailing from London (UK), but takes inspiration from all over Europe and the United States. A sucker for folk, blues, rock and country music, Jack divides his time between the recording studio, the art studio, and touring the UK, Europe and now the US.

Browning’s musical journey has taken him far and wide, across the UK and Europe and on to the United States, all thanks to his early band life, touring and sharing bills with the likes of Jeff Beck, Joss Stone, and Gregory Porter during his late teens. With that musicianship experience money can’t buy and drawing inspiration from iconic alt-country musicians like Neil Young, Tom Petty, Tom Waits, and Bruce Springsteen, as well as folk legends like Townes Van Zandt and John Prine, his commitment to preserving the tradition of great songwriting while infusing it with his unique perspective has garnered him a devoted following around the world.

He has been fortunate enough to tour around the world with Willi Carlisle, Asleep At The Wheel, Vincent Neil Emerson and he has opened for the likes of Henry Wagons, Corb Lund, and JP Harris in venues across Europe and beyond.

2024 saw his first appearances at Red Rooster Festival (UK), Black Deer Festival (UK), TakeRoot, Ramblin’ Roots (Netherlands) and the Little Sandy Shakedown (US) where he shared billing with the likes of The White Buffalo, Uncle Lucius and Stephen Wilson Jr.

That same year, Jack toured for the first time in the US, performing 15 shows across Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana at venues including the Southgate House Revival, Red Barn Radio and The Underdog in Nashville, all in support of his highly-acclaimed debut record Red Eye Radio (2023).

Many have touted 2025 to be Jack’s breakout year, with his first headline tour across the Netherlands mostly selling out in May following a remarkable second-stage performance at Country2Country in London with Lainey Wilson, Dierks Bentley, Wyatt Flores and many more.

In June 2025, Jack returned to the United States to perform at Laurel Cove Music Festival, packing out the legendary Creekside Stage on the Saturday. Jack was in fine company with Kaitlin Butts, Kashus Culpepper, Evan Honer also joining the festival’s esteemed alumni, and he even received a shoutout from new friend Noeline Hofmann during her set on the main stage. This was the first stop on a second, highly-successful run around Appalachia during which he played songs from his upcoming sophomore album.

He will be returning to the US in September 2025 following his recent announcement of a closing set at Healing Appalachia, where Tyler Childers and Chris Stapleton headline two nights in their home state with names like Lukas Nelson, American Aquarium and Molly Tuttle all making appearances in the name of a great cause. That same trip, Jack will also be displaying two original paintings in Austin, taking part in the prestigious Far West Show with fellow artists including Mark Maggiori, Glenn Dean and Jeremy Lipking.

Following a summer of festival performances in the UK and Europe with the band (with a stop at Country Calling to name but one) and a number of packed out headline shows both home and away, Jack is pleased to announce a late-summer release for his long-awaited and hotly-anticipated second record Painted Skies.

The first singles have already received much acclaim from the likes of ‘Whispering’ Bob Harris and the folks at Whiskey Riff, Country Central, Holler and more! The album promises to be a fine exercise in blending Jacks’ signature melting pot of country, blues and folk influences, and will deal with themes of touring, a new-found notoriety as an artist, love, loss and the complicated grappling between father and son.

Jack’s debut record Red Eye Radio, released in September 2023, is a remarkable collection of original handpicked songs. These songs delve into the themes of life on the road, labouring as a construction worker, grappling with mental health, and the innate human desire to explore and wander. The album serves as a personal introspection to Browning, weaving together a rich tapestry of warm emotions and life experiences.

Jack is also an accomplished fine artist, and has sold and exhibited works around the world. In 2024, he sold a work at auction at the renowned Taos Art Museum’s Summer Gala, and will exhibit his first solo show ever, at Texas’ Western Gallery in 2025.
